9. Relationship with the operating platforms - Shopify

Global De-Stash is hosted on Shopify. Shopify enables our platform but is not a party to your transactions with us. Shopify is not responsible for any claims arising from your purchases from Global De-Stash.

SECTION 9A – Relationship with the MULTI-VENDOR MARKETPLACE STRUCTURE

Global De-Stash operates as a curated multi-vendor marketplace. This means some products are sold and shipped by independent third-party sellers (“Marketplace Vendors”), while others may be sold directly by Global De-Stash.

Our platform uses a third-party marketplace app to enable these vendor listings and order processes. While Global De-Stash facilitates the platform, each vendor is responsible for their own inventory, shipping, and customer service.

When purchasing from a Marketplace Vendor:

  • You enter into a direct transaction with that vendor.

  • Vendors are responsible for product descriptions, shipping, and returns (unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy).

  • You may receive multiple packages if you order from more than one vendor.

We aim to ensure a high standard of vendor performance and may intervene in disputes at our discretion. However, we are not liable for any issues arising from vendor actions or omissions.

Vendor Obligations:

  • Vendors must provide accurate listings and images, fulfill orders promptly, and follow applicable laws.

  • Vendors are responsible for shipping, tax compliance, and handling any post-sale inquiries.

Customer Acknowledgements:

  • Vendor return policies may differ and are clearly stated on each listing.

  • Global De-Stash is not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by vendor behavior, though we may offer assistance in resolving concerns.

We reserve the right to remove any vendor who does not meet our quality or conduct standards.

10. Privacy
