Made-To-Order Garments

We accept returns, refunds or exchanges of Made-To-Order Garments in the case of quality issue or manufacturing defect.

Size Defects:

Customers may request and exchange or refund if the garment they ordered is more than 3% above or below the advertised garment measurements.

If your order arrives with a defect (such as stains or measurements outside our 3% tolerance), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and, if approved, will provide a prepaid return label. You can choose a refund or a free replacement once the defect is confirmed.

Please Note:

Replacements of faulty garments  may take 2–3 weeks.

Because the garment is made-to-order, we do not refund due to change of mind.

Artwork/Designs and Digital Products

Digital Downloads and artwork that has been delivered to the customer are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

If you have any issues with Artwork that was delivered as a digital file, such as a repeat not lining up, or the colour was delivered incorrectly, please contact me and I will fix and replace your file as quickly as possible.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the claim does not meet our policy criteria or appears fraudulent or abusive.

Shipping Costs

In the case of faulty physical goods, return shipping will be paid by me upon approval.

Please do not return any items without prior written approval and return instructions.
